Carol focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment law. As a general commercial litigator, Carol advises public and private companies, domestic and international financial institutions and real estate companies in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including cross-border disputes. Carol's experience in employment includes anti-harassment training for employees, managers and Boards of Directors, diversity and inclusion training, workforce restructuring, compliance and internal investigations and crisis management (most recently Carol has been advising companies on implementing policies designed to address best practices for business continuity and to protect their work force from exposure to COVID-19). Carol’s employment litigation experience includes wrongful termination and discrimination claims, ADA litigations and restrictive covenant and employee raiding cases.
