Healthcare system costs are growing, projected to be over 20% of GDP by 2024. While costs continue to increase, quality and outcomes are still a challenge. How can we shift to a healthcare model that engages the consumer, drives to continuous health engagement and shifts to an infrastructure for outcomes? I have been at the forefront of creating a new system of healthcare; shifting the economics from fee-for-service to value-based outcomes. I believe the key to reimagining healthcare is a foundational understanding of how every piece of the healthcare system works and collaborating with leaders in the industry to redefine ecosystems and leverage technology to deliver personalize care to individuals.
