With over 15 years of experience, Dawn Pfaff has been involved in the real estate industry from nearly every angle possible; she is an appraiser, agent, broker, and investor. In 2009, Dawn founded NY State MLS, a statewide Multiple Listing Service with over 32,000 members. In 2015 the company expanded nationwide as My State MLS, the companies cover all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
