Kate Brown leads Mercer's Center for Health Innovation. In her time with CHI, Kate has led the refresh of Mercer Health's Point of View materials, and the development of the High Cost Claim Oversight solution. Her current focus is on the Co-Creation Cohort on quality-based networks. Client work at Mercer has largely been focused on well-being strategy for large and jumbo employers, and extensive project management in the Digital Navigator space. Kate has worked on the employer side of corporate wellness, building interest surveys, managing preventive health screenings, and coordinating wellness-focused events. She holds a master’s degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Psychology), and her CEBS designation.
