Bio

Kate started her journey in the development of the executive leadership framework at Cisco. This framework took the skills she thought leaders needed 10 years in the future, and built it into a training framework for the leaders they had now. She believes that skills can be taught, but the missing piece was coaching to ensure accountability and the behavior shift. Using this, and a masters in organizational leadership, she have coached leaders who work at large and small companies.
